Terms and Conditions

1. AcceptanceThe terms and conditions ("T&Cs") outlined below apply to all users (the "User" or "Users") who access, browse, register on, contribute content to or otherwise use the Grosvenor Casino online platform (the "Platform").

2. RegistrationBy registering on the Platform, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have provided accurate and complete information as requested in the registration process.

3. Account ManagementYou agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and not share them with any third party. You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account and inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or breach.

4. Content ContributionAll content contributed by Users to the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio files, or videos (collectively "User Content"), shall be owned entirely by Grosvenor Casino upon submission. You grant Grosvenor Casino a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute and display your User Content on the Platform.

5. Intellectual PropertyGrosvenor Casino retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in its original content, including but not limited to text, images, audio files or videos (collectively "Platform Content"). Users are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Platform Content solely for their own purposes during the period they are accessing the Platform.

6. LiabilityYou agree that Grosvenor Casino shall not be liable for any damage, injury or loss arising from or related to your access, browsing, contribution of content or other use of the Platform or its contents, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive in nature.

7. IndemnificationYou indemnify and hold harmless Grosvenor Casino against all claims, losses, damages, judgments and expenses arising from any breach by you of these T&Cs.

8. TerminationGrosvenor Casino may terminate your access to the Platform without notice at its sole discretion for any reason or no reason.

9. AmendmentsThese T&Cs shall remain in effect until amended by Grosvenor Casino in whole or part, upon which they will be deemed binding on all Users and updated terms will supersede prior versions.

10. Governing LawAny dispute arising from your use of the Platform or these T&Cs shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the country where Grosvenor Casino is based without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and subject solely to the jurisdiction of that country's courts.
